ABSTRACT

Industrialization certainly enhances nations economic status but on the other hand pollution created by these industrialization adversely affect our environment specially plant resources. In present communication attempts has been made to study the impact of distillery industry’s waste water on different morphological characteristics of forage crop Sudan grass from Dharmabad region of Nanded district, Maharashtra, India. The experiment was conducted to determine the influence of industrial effluent on yield of forage crop. The plant resource showed drastically weak performance in respect to their yield, root, leaf, steam and height of the plant due to the impact of distillery effluent.
