DIRECT BIOCONVERSION OF AGRICULTURAL WASTE-RICE STRAW IN TO BIOETHANOL

ABSTRACT

 

Bioethanol production was carried out by solid state bioconversion method utilizing lignocellulosic material, rice straw (RS) as substrate with the aid of mixed cultures of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, T. harzianum and P. chrysosporium.
