Journal has a nice international get-up and some
papers are quite interesting. To establish, it is necessary that do not publish
anything and everything. Have a stringetc and explicit reviewing policy.
In the last 10 years only two of the Indian Journals could touch the mark of 1.0
of impact factor. All other journals are either without any factor or with an
impact factor of zero. You can go up only when you publish good articles. For
that you must have a pool of qualified reviewers. I could see from your
editorial board that it mainly contains local people. Please do not oblige
people by putting their names on editorial board. Ensure that their experience
